Keycards are exactly like keys, they allow access any time, day or night, no internet connection required. Remove phone-based access straight from the app. Removing keycard access requires a door sync (hold your phone to the lock). Only an admin can remove access, but any user with access to that door can sync the door. This allows admins to be off-site and cleaning crews or security staff to sync the doors which is perfect for property managers, rental properties, and hotels.

The locks are completely offline, alleviating the need to manage WiFi and Bluetooth connections. All the intelligence is in the app!

If you want to monitor unlock events in the Events screen (who is entering doors and at what time), use mobile phones only. This allows you to remove access at any time without the need to visit and sync a lock. If you want the convenience of a physical key, create keycards. Unlike a lost or stolen physical key where the lock must be re-keyed by a locksmith, removing access for a keycard is as simple as removing access in the app and syncing the lock.
